These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Ibex Pro Pack ("Ibex Pro Pack," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website (ibexpropack.com) and all custom packaging design, manufacturing, and shipping services.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Ibex Pro Pack provides custom packaging design, manufacturing, printing, finishing, warehousing, and shipping services for businesses and individuals.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed only after artwork approval and deposit (if required) are received. Pricing is based on specifications provided at quote stage; changes may result in revised pricing.
Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, mockups, and proofs before production. Once approved, production begins immediately and changes may not be possible. Ibex Pro Pack is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork.
Standard production is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Delivery times vary by destination. Free worldwide shipping is included on all orders.
Orders typically require 50% deposit at order placement and 50% before shipping. Bulk orders (5,000+ units) may qualify for custom payment plans. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers.
Custom-printed packaging is non-returnable due to the personalized nature of the product. We will replace orders with manufacturing defects or shipping damage at no cost. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Ibex Pro Pack liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims.
Customer represents that all artwork, logos, and designs submitted do not infringe third-party rights. Customer indemnifies Ibex Pro Pack against any IP claims.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in our jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
